Little Miss Main Street Pageant

The Heritage Foundation of Williamson County is kicking off the 36th Annual Main Street Festival, Presented by First Tennessee Bank with the inaugural Little Miss Main Street Pageant, sponsored by Sweet CeCe’s. The pageant will be held on the first day of the festival, Saturday, April 27th at 10:30 a.m. on the main stage. The pageant will be open to girls in two age categories, 5-8 and 9-12 year olds. The Little Miss Main Street Pageant will be broken into two groups. Little Miss is open to girls ages 9-12 years-old. Jr. Little Miss is open to girls ages 5-8 years-old. Winners in both categories will receive a $50 cash prize, $50 Sweet CeCe’s gift card, sash, crown and trophy. The first runner-up in both categories will receive a $40 Sweet CeCe’s gift card and trophy. The second runner-up in both categories will receive a $30 Sweet CeCe’s gift card and trophy.

The pageant will consist of two rounds. Each participant will model across the stage in their formal attire while the emcee, former Miss Tennessee USA, Allee-Sutton Hethcoat, announces their name and favorite hobbies. After the three-judge panel score the contestants, the Top 10 in each age group will be presented with an age-appropriate question. Once judges’ scores have been tallied, first- and second-place runners-up will be announced, then our first Jr. Little Miss and Little Miss will be crowned by the reining Miss Williamson County, Machalia Bennett. The winners of Little Miss & Mister Main Street will participate in Heritage Foundation events throughout the year, including Pumpkinfest; Dickens of a Christmas, Presented by First Citizens National Bank; and Jr. Heritage Foundation initiatives.

JUDGES & EMCEE

Allee-Sutton Hethcoat

Allee-Sutton Hethcoat is a 25-year-old law student, model and actress born and raised in Franklin, Tennessee. Hethcoat graduated from Belmont University as a member of Alpha Chi honor society, which limits membership to the top 10 percent of an institution’s junior, senior and graduate students. She is currently in her last year of law school at the Nashville School of Law. However, when she is not studying law, she can be found modeling, on-air hosting or acting in films, television shows and commercials. Hethcoat hopes to continue her work in the entertainment industry and ultimately serve her community as an attorney. In her spare time, she enjoys being with her loved ones, cooking, baking, working out, reading, watching films, gardening and traveling. Hethcoat is passionate about her involvement with Breast and Ovarian Cancer awareness, volunteering with organizations that aid the homeless and working with companies that combat children’s educational and health issues.

Chelsea Reardon Leemon

Chelsea Reardon Leemon was Miss Mississippi USA 2014. She now is a resident of Nashville, TN, and is the Youth Market Consultant for the American Heart Association, one of the top Non-Profits in the United States. In this role, she trains staff, she travels across the Southeast speaking to elementary school aged children on the importance of keeping your heart healthy, and manages 4000+ Jump Rope for Heart fundraisers for schools. Chelsea graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s of Science in Speech Communication with a specialization in Public Relations and minors in Sociology and Journalism from Southern Illinois University in 2012. Currently, she is a member of the Junior League of Nashville where she serves as Project Chair for a non-profit assisting women who have been victims of violence and tutors at-risk youth in after school programs. She enjoys traveling the globe with her husband, Derek, reading, trying new restaurants, decorating her new home and being active with her church.

 

Machalia Bennett

Miss Williamson County 2019, Machalia Bennett, is a senior at Austin Peay State University with a major in marketing. Her platform is Mission 22: fighting against veteran suicide and her talents include clogging on the Grand Ole Opry and singing. She will be competing for the title of Miss Tennessee Volunteer in June.

Morgan High-Orgain

Morgan High-Orgain a native of Louisville, moved to Williamson County as a young teen when her family returned to their middle Tennessee roots. A proud graduate of Middle Tennessee State University with a B.A. degree in University Studies. After graduating, Morgan’s love for Tennessee led her to win the title of Miss Tennessee USA 1999 and placed 1st Runner up in the Miss USA Pageant. Morgan’s passion for building relationships and service to others guided her to become a Realtor with Parks Realty in Franklin, TN. In addition to her real estate career, you can always find Morgan volunteering, entertaining friends and spending time with her husband Bob and daughter Charlee.  Morgan’s Motto has always been, “The More the Merrier!!!”

Kevin Livingston

Kevin Livingston is a 34 year old resident of Fairview, Tennessee. He has been involved in pageants for many years as a judge, mentor, and director. He has judged at numerous local, state, and national level pageants. He is currently the director of the Miss Williamson County Scholarship Pageant, a prelim to the Miss Tennessee Volunteer Pageant. He works full time in Franklin at the beautiful Westhaven Golf Club as Dining Service Manager. In his spare time he loves cooking, baking, and spending time with his animals.
