Endangered Places Nominations | Sites to Save

"SITES TO SAVE" NOMINATION FORM (for 2026 Class)

As you complete the nomination, please note the following:

  1. Sections do not have a word limit. Include as much information necessary for a complete and thorough nomination.
  2. The form will automatically save as your type, but you will not be able to access your nomination information if you close the website. If you have extensive information to include that may take several days to complete, we recommend typing the answers into a separate Word document and copying and pasting the text into the online form.
  3. Though electronic submission is preferred, nominations may be printed and mailed to Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, P.O. Box 723, Franklin, TN 37065. Mailed nominations must be postmarked May 19, 2026 to be considered for the 2026 class.

Nominations submitted two weeks before the deadline may be reviewed and feedback provided by the Heritage Foundation team. Nominations will not be accepted after May 22, 2026, 11:59 pm central time.
