Jayme Smith

Jayme Smith serves as the Director of Event Management at the Heritage Foundation, where she oversees and produces the organization’s three festivals, along with the operations and logistics for internal events, including the prestigious Heritage Ball—the longest-running black-tie event in Williamson County.

Since joining the team in June 2021, Jayme has enjoyed refining festival strategies and revitalizing logistics of the Heritage Ball by applying her methodical approach to ensure the events success. Overcoming the unique challenges that each event presents brings while providing quality events and experiences for the community is where Jayme finds true fulfillment in her role with Heritage Foundation.

Outside of work, Jayme finds joy in spending time with her family, especially her young daughter, Catherine. She also enjoys gardening, reading, and exploring antique stores. Jayme has lived in Williamson County with her wife and kids for over 16 years. She has loved raising her family in this vibrant community that maintains its small-town vibe.
