2. HOW TO ENTER

Heritage Foundation reserves the right not to publish any entry or remove any entry for any reason, as it shall determine in its sole discretion.

Any communication, data or other information transmitted by entrant in connection with the Challenge is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. Entries become the exclusive property of the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN.

To enter, download the free HF Main Street Festival app for iPhone or Android device and access the Photo Challenge cards inside the app. Then, complete one of the photo hunt cards by submitting photos to match the descriptions. A card is considered “complete” when accurate photo/description matches have been submitted in all boxes of the card. Completed cards must be shared via Facebook using the following: “#HFPhotoHunt” and entrant must also tag @williamsonheritage to be entered. Submitting a card that does not contain all the accurate photo matches as determined by the Heritage Foundation will void the entry.

3. PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION

All entries must be submitted within the appropriate time frame. Prize winners will be notified via Facebook message by the end of business day the Monday following the challenge promotion period. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within one business day of the first attempt an alternate winner may be selected.

4. WINNER RELEASES

All participants, as a condition of entry into the Challenge, agree to release the Heritage Foundation and promotion parties from and against any an all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property that may be sustained in connection with accessing the website or app, submitting an entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Challenge, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize awarded, or while preparing for, participating in, or traveling to or from any prize-related activity or any typographical or other error in these official rules or the announcement of offer any prize. The winner shall bear all risk of loss or damage to their prize after it has been delivered. Winners grant to the Heritage Foundation the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media the winner’s name, voice statement, picture or other likeness without additional compensation, for public relations, advertising and promotional purposes as may be determined by the Heritage Foundation.
