Minnie Pearl’s story runs deep through Franklin and Williamson County. This fall, the Moore-Morris History & Culture Center brings her life and legacy to the heart of downtown with “The Many Hats of Minnie Pearl” — an eight-day-long residency at The Harpeth Hotel, October 2–9.

About the Exhibit

“The Many Hats of Minnie Pearl” is part of the Moore-Morris History & Culture Center’s Museum Without Walls initiative, which brings exhibits and programming directly into the community — no museum walls required.

For eight days, The Harpeth Hotel becomes home to a close look at Minnie Pearl’s life, told through interactive panel boards and artifacts you won’t find anywhere else. It’s a chance to see a Franklin legend through new eyes, right where our community lives, works, and gathers.

After the residency wraps, the exhibit continues its journey as a floating exhibit around Williamson County. Stay tuned for details on where it lands next.
