Join us for Preserve Williamson’s inaugural Building of the Month Tour of the Claiborne Kinnard House, colloquially known as “Fairview” at 3215 Kinnard Springs Road in Franklin, TN on August 21st at 5:30 PM. Expanded from the original 1790 log cabin to a Greek Revival style I-House in 1830 with a final Victorian-era update in 1898, the Claiborne Kinnard House tells the remarkable architectural history of Franklin in just one property. The tour will be led by Dr. Irene Ludwig, the homeowner who coordinated the extensive preservation and rehabilitation of the home.
