On Thursday, February 3, 2022 at 5 PM at Franklin City Hall (109 3rd Avenue, Franklin), the City of Franklin Board of Zoning Appeals will meet to review the variance request for a new building to face the gardens rather than a public street or internal drive. Then on Monday, February 14, 2022 at 6PM the Historic Zoning Commission will make their recommendations for the historic zoning of Franklin Grove.
