Cynthia Stielow serves as our Chief Advancement Officer at the Heritage Foundation. With a wealth of experience in strategic fundraising and communications, Cynthia is a seasoned leader dedicated to driving organizational growth and engagement while inspiring mission buy-in.

In her executive capacity, Cynthia oversees overall strategy and growth initiatives, directly managing a team of professionals and working collaboratively with staff and board members. She brings a proven ability to inspire engagement, exceed fundraising targets, and shape impactful communications strategies.

When she’s not at work, Cynthia is a devoted mother and enjoys spending time with her two children. She is passionate about writing, reading, photography, and listening to podcasts and music during her daily walks.
