A community meeting has been scheduled for neighbors to review and discuss a potential hotel proposal for the Bethurum property. This informal gathering is hosted by developer Patrick Poole and his team to hear directly from the community before plans are finalized.

Members of the development team will be present with rendering displays to answer questions and collect feedback. There will be no formal presentation; instead, the team will provide materials for neighbors to share their comments and concerns directly.
