Be Part of The Story

JOIN US AS WE CELEBRATE ALL THAT WE LOVE ABOUT WILLIAMSON COUNTY AND:

Do you love Franklin’s historic downtown Main Street?

How about seeing shows at the beloved historic Franklin Theatre? Are you excited to see what’s evolving at the former O’More campus, now Franklin Grove Estate & Gardens? If so, then we need you to Be Part of The Story. The one the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County, TN, is still working to preserve.

Many things in this year of the COVID pandemic have stopped, slowed, closed or been cancelled. Although we have not been immune to some of these major changes in direction, we still remain dedicated to our mission of saving places and stories that matter in Williamson County.

But because all of our major festivals and fundraising events have been postponed until 2021, we need to rally all of our supporters to help us spread the word that we are still here, still working and still excited about things to come. Help us celebrate the stories and traditions that the Heritage Foundation, the Franklin Theatre, Downtown Franklin Association and our community have supported for more than 53 years. What we do together this year, will allow us to reopen the Franklin Theatre, enjoy a dynamic Main Street, and celebrate with downtown festivals and events that have been part of our heritage for decades.

One way you can help is to #BePartofTheStory. There are several ways you can get involved including becoming our ambassador on social media. If you want to continue to enjoy the history, heritage and celebration of our community, and preserve it for future generations, we need your help!

With your help, we can continue our 53-year streak of saving places and stories that matter in our community. Our fundraising might look a little different this year, but our mission and our efforts behind the scenes haven’t changed.

WE APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT NOW MORE THAN EVER AS WE NAVIGATE THESE DIFFICULT TIMES.

During this challenging season for all of us, the Heritage Foundation has had to make some extremely difficult decisions that not only impact the community, but also the Foundation, our team and our focus for 2020. We recently made announcements about our events and theatre programming, and want to provide a little more context and ways for our supporters to step into the story this year, and help us prepare for next year and beyond. Please get involved and #BePartOfTheStory … our future generations will benefit by what we do today.
Join us in commitment to preservation, historical education, and community heritage in Williamson County.
